The requirement is to add a new button to salesforce by the name “sending attachments”. This button will be added to standard and not standard objects. Clicking the button will open dynamic email templates which allow the user to choose email attachments from the object attachments.
There are two options to send the emails, proposals should include either or both:
1. Sending the emails through salesforce.
2. Open the email in the user local Microsoft Outlook.
We would work in the following framework, each milestone will be deposit and created only after achieved, each MS is built of:
Maximum time: the maximum period after which we will consider stopping the project if the MS is not satisfied.
Expected Result: the output of the MS which we expect to get in the time period defined.
Part of the Project: the percentage of the project that will be released to the freelancer.
1. Design –
Maximum Time: 2 weeks after the contract will be signed.
Expected Results: We will get a design document that will explain in details the solution and will be approved as feasible in Salesforce.
Part of the Project: 5%
2. Demo –
Maximum Time: 1 month after the design will be approved by us.
Expected Results: The freelancer will release a managed packaged version that we can install and test in another organization. This way the code will be hidden from us, but we could test it.
Part of the Project: 15%
3. Release code for code review
Maximum Time: Immediately after the demo is approved.
Expected Results: The code should withstand coding standards and have Unitest coverage, at this stage we will go over the code and release comments to the freelancer to fix.
Part of the Project: 30%
4. Fix bugs CR and Unitest
Maximum Time: 3 weeks
Expected Results: All comments from stage 3 are fixed.
Part of the Project: 45%
