I need a simple program that will do the following:
1 – User will input a CSV file and the program will read all the IP addresses in column A
2 – The program will then replace the 4th octet of each IP address with a randomly generated number between 1 and 255 (and make sure the randomly generated number is not the same as the original number in the 4th octet)
3 – Output a new CSV file with the new IP addresses in column A (4th octet replaced with random number between 1 and 255), and keep all the original information from columns B, C & D from the input file in the new output file.
The program will need to be able to handle CSV files with up to 1 million rows.
PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED sample “input” and “output” files for further clarification…
Please include a brief description with your bid to describe how you’d develop the program (brief description at a high level). This lets me know you read and studied the project description thoroughly.
Thank you and looking forward to working together.
ONLY BIDS THAT INCLUDE BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED, NO AUTO BIDS!!
