Conversion of different files format, we need SMImport & SMExport Expert.

We have 5 projects and we will pay you USD$750 totally. For an example, Convert XLS to Access, CSV, XML, HTML, SPSS, DBF, Quattro Pro, Lotus 1-2-3 and SQL. Other 4 projects are similar to above one. I had develop some codes but these 5 projects are needed to be debug. An important bug must be eliminated is, for example: At first, It loads and converts file A. Then I loads and converts file B, but it outcomes the contents of A. If you see my delphi *.dfm and *.pas files, you will know why. And I want that I have all the copyrights, concepts, idea of these 5 projects, I mean anything of them. You will also have 10% of the selling price of the these 5 shareware(s). For example, If I sell the software for USD$78.00 . Then you will get paid as USD$7.8 via paypal. Because I want you to develop better (or best) code for me.
