It is a business match platform, functions:
-find partner (supplier and client)
-user login (and company profile. Employees group registered all under the same company)
-share information and documents between employees
-part dedicated to qualifications: partner are qualified and can send all together all the documents requested

-Company page with possibility to post updates (pre-existing to be completed)
-Personal log in (all the people) who can “associate” to a group (a company) and can ask for different access: simple employee, qualifiers, admin. Once defined as “employee” they can access to a module/page where they can see all the client/suppliers qualifications form that the company asked and consult the form. They can filter to browse different companies: by name, by sector, location. As qualifiers, they can decide to qualify the requests received.
-Admin login (1-10 persons per company)

• Users can create and update profiles, including the use of profile photos. Site administrators can easily set up the parameters of the user profiles.
• Users can befriend one another. The site owner can decide what special abilities friends have with regard to one another.
• Users can send private messages. BuddyBoss comes with a robust private messaging system, similar to that found on Facebook. Users can choose whether or not to receive an email notification when someone sends them a message.
• Users can form and join groups. Groups can be used for a wide range of functions within the website. Administrators can choose to let their users create and join groups of common interest.

-one completed, the persons defined as “qualifiers” within a company decides to accept the qualification process, fail it or ask for additional documents/informations.
-the suppliers/client qualifications are shared among all members of the same company
-the supplier/client that is asked to complete the form need to login before completed the form. The answers can be saved inside their company profile and shared when other companies ask for a qualifications.
From supplier side: i am sara russo, procurement assistant of coompany abc as an access of simple employee. I can create my login without any form just my profile. Then i link my profile to the company abc i work for. I would like to offer my services to AA company. I check if my company (people as qualifiers or admin) already completed the form for company abc or not. If yes, i can send the qualfication to AA company to work with them
from client side: PRiyanka, receives a form from sara russo, abc company to work with her. Priyanka has access as qualfier, she can then decide if the supplier (for recievied) has all the quality aspects to be qualified or not.
then she approved, reject or ask fr futher details to complete the qualficiation prcoess.
