You will be making a form for an existing access database. The form will allow the user to select table entires based on a number of criteria in the table fields and then group the entries in variable sizes.
If there are 30 entries in the database, we would like to select all the records with she same value in a particular field and group them in x groups. if x is 10. Then we would have 3 groups of 10 records. The form would then allow the user to email each record or member, to inform them they are in group 1 or group 2 etc.. The form would allow us to group according to any of the fields in the access table.
