I need a programmer to help create an overlay for a game

Hi, my name is Alex and i need a tool for a game (might be considered cheating) that helps me aim in the game Shellshock Live on steam. The game is a 2d shooter, where you are playing as tanks vs other tanks and the goal is to do enough damage to the opponent so he dies.
I need a tool that is not interfering with the game (overlay) that can show me the trajectory of my shots. There are also special "effects" in the game that can change the trajectory of the shot. theres power/angle of the shot, wind (-100 to 100) Bumpers that are flat and circle of different sizes, black holes that can change the trajectory with gravity. and portals (enter one come out the other). There are also different "special" weapons that need to be added that isnt just a straight line.
