oauth 2.0 api integration in C# .NET / SQL Server

We have a website called FindMyWheels. We just established a relationship with Edmunds.com. They have an API available to query their inventory. I want to show inventory from [login to view URL] on FindMyWheels, and when someone clicks to "Check Availability" on FindMyWheels, I want the site to take them to the Edmunds URL that includes our Referral code so we get paid for the referral.

I'm guessing the most efficient way to do this would be to have a backend scheduled task that queries Edmunds inventory and adds it to our database. We would also need to remove inventory that no longer exists. One potential caveat: Edmunds limits us to 5,000 API queries per day. So the thought is to query zip codes with the largest populations daily, and less populous zip codes less frequently. We have a zip code table in the database that includes a field for TOTAL-COUNTY-POPULATION.
So to summarize, the task here is to create an application in C# that will retrieve inventory from Edmunds via their Oauth 2.0 API and update our existing SQL Server database with inventory details and photos of the available cars.
