The project is a digital dashboard for corporate innovation. The product aims to become the mission control for organisational innovation to run diagnostic testing and strategical analysis on organisations to determine a constant stress test and health check of the organisation.
It will use API's to strategically analyse data input by corporate employees, offering results for a project manager/program manager/ operations manager or an external contractor/consultant to run to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation and feedback actionable implementations to improve organisational performance.
The aim is for the product to be a cloud based platform that individuals can log into to input the required data as and when prompted. It would streamline areas of management and digitize strategic analysis of an organisation. Results would be sent to both individuals and managers and updates would occur at set times to ensure data was relevant. It would also feed into/utilise external databases to give a comparison to benchmark data findings against either per role or per organisation.
Laura Bradshaw is the owner of the project, she pursues a PhD in Sports Business Innovation which focuses on organisational innovation.
The project is in need of people who have a technical background and knowledge to make this a viable product. Although able to feed in the information that is needed to be tested, Laura needs assistance in the software development and architecture areas to work out how this product will function. The project is a student project and therefore the budget for the prototype is minimal, however with a functioning prototype (MVP) funding could potentially be sought to develop the product with the same team.
Things i need to do:
1. write a spec
2. build an MVP prototype demonstrating how it functions for the user with the aim of allowing clients to pilot the product --- for it to become a working demo
3. not just wireframes but a demo product
4. so you need a proof of concept - something which is working partly to show that what i am saying is possible
