I am Currently doing my academic project on deep Q learning, I need help in order to understand some concepts related to reinforcement learning, Deep Q learning, neural network, Hyper parameters etc. also, I need help devloping some python codes. I am using ROS ( Robot operating system) Kinetic on Linux 16.04 LTS. so someone who has already worked will be preffered. I also need help in development of some code which are almost 50% ready. I have also made the hardware where I want to import my weights from neural network. its a Quite interesting project. so any one up for the opportunity? I am ready to pay.
