In my research proposal, I propose new methods that contain location tracing token profile that enhances the standard of the exiting web service security. In this method, I introduce new authentication mechanism, which is the additional level of security in Service oriented architectures style (SOA). SOA is the categories of software architecture style which consist with the set of basic principal and rules in such a way that interaction with different applications and maintain the interoperability. In current business oriented scenario, it’s adapting SOA because of it advantage like as Loose Coupling, Flexibility, Scalability, Easier Testing and Debugging. SOA can be implemented by the web service and web service can be implemented by the simple object access protocol (SOAP). SOAP web service is the message oriented web service which relies on XML for its message format and HTTP protocol for message negotiation and transmission. To transmitting the SOAP message over the internet. It’s really very challenging and risk, for that, the organization for advancement of structured information standards (OASIS) introduce the standard for the web service security, which is focus on the “who” can use the service and “what” are the permission, he have. But it’s not focus on the “where” it consumes. Therefore, a new location tracing token profile created for the handle this issue.
The location tracing token profile, include cryptography concept, which provide the new security feature, which is not available in other security token profile and in propose token, processing overhead size is small and theoretical result will be more powerfully then other tokens.
