RTL-SDR Based Frequency Hopping Receiver

I have installed GNU Radio over Ubuntu 16.04.03 LTS on two laptops. I have a RTL2832U+R820T Dongle and a USRP B100.

Now on one laptop, I need to create a GRC Flowgraph or write a Python Code so that the RTL dongle retunes (hops) to a new frequency upto 10 to 15 times a second as per a known frequency hopping sequence specified in the code.

Similarly, on other laptop I need to create a GRC Flowgraph or write a Python Code so that the USRP B100 transmits on the same hopping sequence and I am able to intercept the USRP transmission using the RTL dongle and listen to it through laptop speakers/headphone.

Please help me with the Python codes for the USRP B100 Transmitter and the RTL2832U Receiver. Frequency range to be used is 30-300 MHz.
