We wish to integrate Skype to our database software. This software can interact with the Skype API through the Windows command line application. The job involves developing a program that will allow the following Skype API functions to be called and executed as a result of command line instructions:
instruct Skype to call number (number is value in database)
instruct Skype to hang up
[when user reaches voicemail of business client]
-instruct Skype to play message (ALTER CALL function, send voice stream from .wav, where file is value provided by the database)
-instruct Skype to hang up when message has completed (time of message is value in database)
[when user reaches live client]
-instruct Skype to start conference call (conference number or skype number is value in database) [user manually hangs up when third party has joined]
[while message is being played as described in 3 above or user has left conference as described in 4 above, user starts another call]
-instruct Skype to start new call
For your information, each instruction will be accessed by the user via a button on a layout of the database program. This sends the command line instruction to Skype. You are not responsible for database integration.
The developer must have experience with the Skype API.
