Skype for business - change status

I need a program created that will allow me to change my status in Skype for Business 2016 (V 16.0.*) from the command line. Ideally this would be a vbscript or powershell script. Preferably a program that does not need third party DLLs or related things installed. A VB.net program is also acceptable, provided I get the source code.

When you bid, let me know which language you will use (vbscript, powershell, vb.net) and if a third party DLL will be necessary.
