My very small business (marketing/business writing, online content) has scaled just enough that the ability to communicate across multiple could-based apps has become a problem. For example, I use a time tracking software that doesn't speak to my billing software, and neither can update contact details from my email client. I'm open to changing some of the applications if built-in integrations are available, and/or if a cloud-based resource to feed the data up, and then back out to applications. Or, perhaps some API development -- though I am budget conscious of that work. My only resistance is I don't want to use Gmail for business email (yes, I know that would solve some problems!), or Google applications generally as I use the MS office suite constantly and really prefer it.
