SQL Server Database Issue

Job Description:

I have a software program which works just fine on my office laptop.

However, the application will not run correctly on my laptop. I was told it's a setup/security issue with SQL Server. The log for the software says:

"Can't read the IP Address: Array index is out of range.

(Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/artifacts/generated/common/runtime/[login to view URL] Line: 51)

Ping: Error performing ICMP transmission. Possibly because of a timeout"

I can give you remote access to the laptop in order to fix the issue.
