There are several online solutions to find out if a phone number exists, however most of the time the results are false or partially correct, especially in my case where the phone numbers concerned are France and a little Belgium.
I have done some research and it seems that it is quite complex depending on the operators to know if a number is assigned or not, however for me it is of great interest because I do not want to send SMS to numbers that do not do not exist, it represents a blow far too important.
Idea : Use Twilio and python, make a call to detect if it's ringing or if it's falling on the answering machine directly or if it's the machine who said "This number is not assigned".
The call could only last a few seconds to limit the loss of credit and it should be optimized so that it is done quickly (for example several calls and several numbers ... etc).
