Windows SystemInfo Details in Web Form

I want to be able to collect the windows "SystemInfo" command output to text boxes in a windows form. Also, want to collect the windows services and installed application info.
No fancy design needed, I will provide the 2017 Visual Studio project file. Just code it and send it back.
You can use the .net framework to pull all the details or parse the systeminfo output.
There are a few items to pull that may not be included, but they too can be pulled from the .net framework.
Either way, please use C# Class for all coding. NOT looking for all coding to be put into a single button method.
Please use the device class, as I have created in the project file, complete the class as necessary.
Attached is the info i want to pull. Simply run the systeminfo command to find out more. Should not take more than 3 or 4 hours if you're familiar with the .net framework and using classes.
