Zapier: Create a Zap to Send SMS when a Helpscout ticket is assigned

Simple requirement to customise a Zap based on an existing Zap template [url removed, login to view] to send a SMS message when a new help ticket is assigned to a Helpscout user.

Requirement is to trouble shoot an existing Zap and create two more.

Note proposals will be ignored if they cannot evidence existing, completed and functioning Zapier projects.
