HANDLING FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

Accountability for money is not only kept in a database that tracks all payments made across the entire platform, but also the collections, right down to each vehicle equipped with a POS terminal. Digital wallets held across Mobile Phone Operators, allow customers of each network, to easily load credit, into their mobile wallet, and load credit onto the AFC (Automated Fare Collection) platform. Money is easily moved from mobile wallet to wallet, from bank to mobile wallet as well.

As owners of the platform, we would be taking a commission from every payment made. So, we also have a mobile wallet, that collects money across all the various Mobile Phone Operator wallets.

FUTURE APPLICATIONS

The AFC platform is envisioned to run across other sectors, for ease of payment in various places like retail shops, utility bill payments, service subscriptions, restaurants.
