I need an expert in Tensorflow and deep learning to implement the idea in the attached figure in Tensorflow. I have access to the data (RGB images, magnitude images, phase images, and the 5-fold text files with path to the images). You will need to convert the data to a format usable by Tensorflow (preferably TFrecords) and setup the network architecture in Tensorflow and train and test the network. I have done some preliminary work and I can share my code with you. It should be straightforward if you are an expert in Tensorflow and know how to deal with large size data (120*120*107) with a batch size of 100. I am setting up a maximum $250 budget for this. Please mention your accurate estimate of the time and price. You will not be able to finish this project in less than 5 days. Also, you need to have good experience and understanding of deep learning. You will need to train the network on our own images. It might need preprocessing, fine tuning, etc. You need to have hands-on experience with training deep neural networks and dealing with large size data. The deliverable are the trained network (snapshots and final), code (from converting the images to TFRecords to reading the data to network architecture to saving the network states to train, validation and test, etc.), and converted data, etc.
