Sampling and remediation tracking and interface

We do water compliance sampling for a number of clients. We need a program that provides the ability to produce on site sample plans. We need to be able to track the sample collection and analysis in real time. We want to be able to track sample kit shipment to collection sites. We need to also have ability for individuals on site to log collection information, upload photos, and log shipment date and time. If plumbing remediation is required due to bad sample results, we need to be able to track the remediation progress. We will need our personnel to be able to load all site specific data for all our clients. The program will need to be able to report the site specific data back to clients with pass code and individual log in dashboard. We want to have this all to be accessible though our companies web site.
