Need MATLAB code to perform spatial transformations.
Need code to locate ultrasound data into a 3D world coordinate system. Data from a 6 degree-of-freedom tracker attached to an ultrasound probe is used to measure the position and orientation of the probe. The point being tracked is not at the surface of the probe but further back on the handle (offset to be measured). Need code which will take the tracker data as input and calculate the corners of the ultrasound image. Tracker data consists of X,Y,Z, roll, pitch, yaw, and/or quaterion. Ultrasound data consists of the width and depth of the ultrasound image plane. Desired output, XYZ coordiantes of the 4 corners of the image plane in a fixed (world) coordinate system.
