3D Modeling Task:
Background:
===========
We build small electronic modules based on a modular platform. Each finished product consists of:
• A circuit board with electronic signal connectors attached to it
• An extruded aluminum enclosure
• Front end plate with holes for the signal connectors
• Rear end plate with holes of the signal connectors

Many of our customers have asked us for 3D models of our products, but we do not have any 3D modeling capability in our company.
We did have one customer create a complete model of one product (PRL-425T, shown on page linked above with the actual model linked below), and we would like to use this as a starting point for a library of subassemblies that can then be assembled into complete assemblies. Solidworks model is available, here:

We have been able to find 3D models (typically STEP) of many of the connectors that we use, and we have 2D drawings of our endplates and enclosures, but we do not have the ability to put them all together into completed models.
Task Phase 1:

create a Solidworks Assembly of the PRL-414B-SMA, with reusable hierarchical components as follows:
-43 Endplate Subassembly Component:
• SMA connector, washer, and nut as a component
• 4 SMA connector components, the -43 endplate, and 4 endplate screws.
• This should already exist in the PRL-425T model, but I don't know if the SMAs are hierarchical components
-123 Endplate Subassembly Component
• -123 endplate, and 4 endplate screws
* SMA connector, washer, and nut component from above
• Toggle switch, washer, and nut as a component
• DC jack
PRL-414B-SMA Assembly:
• -43 Endplate Subassembly Component:
* -123 Endplate Subassembly Component
* PRL-970 Series Extrusion, 2.8" length
Delivery should be a hierarchical Solidworks Assembly and an exported STEP file, which we will be reviewing in eDrawings Viewer. If the work is satisfactory we will proceed with Phase 2.

This fixed-price project is for Phase 1 only; I include Phase 2 so that you understand why we want the hierarchical component structure.
