I need a simple spreadsheet based upon a gear system that is simple Slow Rotation and High Power Torque in to a Simple As-High-Possible RPM and Torque output.
The Primary Gear IN has 3 variables:
Size (V1); Rotational Torque (V2); Speed of Rotation (V3);
V1 can be between 60 Ft Diameter to 120 Ft Diameter in20 Ft Diameter increments;
V2 can be a Rotational Torque force between 50,000 lbs to 200,00 lbs in 10,000 increments;
V3 is between 1 RPH (Rotation Per Hour) and 6 RPH in .5 RPH increments.
Any gear train can be constructed (Between the Primary Gear to the Final Output Gear) to produce (or as close as possible to) the desired Output Result.
OUTPUT RESULTs = Output Rotational Speed = ORS1; and Output Torque = OT2.
I am seeking a final output of 1000 rpm (or better) at the highest torque possible based upon the three input variables. The spreadsheet’s goal is to let me know what is possible utilizing the different variables V1, V2 and V3.
