Windows 8 Store Offline Dictionary App - repost

Check this dictionary [url removed, login to view] . We are a team of application development. As we are busy with other projects we want to outsource some of our project. We have the design ready with the content. We have the DB in MySQL/Sqlite format. You have to use or convert in sqlite and make an app for windows 8 store. You can take a look at our windows phone/iphone app. Please make sure the below points before bidding.

- Native app using Visual Studio (Must be in C# and local database/sqlite )

- Have to use sqlite for data reading.

- All the data and design will be provided.

Again must be in C#, no exception there!
