we have attached the final year project report definitely it doesn't cover all the features we want in our system.
major modules which we want in our system are as follows:
1) Attendance management
2) User information management
3) Leave management
4) Payroll management
5) Recruitment management.
if you find any module suitable or necessary to be added in HRMS please add the same.
minimum features we want in our system are as follows:
# attendance management includes In-time & Out-time records to calculate attendance ( can be added manually or by bio-metrics)
# user information management includes storing & updation of the personal information.
# leave management includes apply for leave ,view leave status, approved by HR,etc
# payroll management includes basic appraisal +(new) pointing system in which employee complete certification course and upload certificate to claim extra appraisal scheme.
# Recruitment management includes uploading of resume,interview schedule,interview status,joining process,search candidates,etc
and most important REPORT GENERATION FOR THE SAME(LIKE leave report,payroll report etc in PDF format)
