C# inventory management using SQL

Here is the details of the projects: I need a software that I use it to record materials that are going inside my inventory and materials that are going outside my inventory. When I want to record materials that are going inside and outside the inventory, there will be several fields that need to be inputted. The software also can be use to check what kind and quantity of materials that we have, check all records that are made and export it to excel. For incoming dashboard, need these fields (When the material is arrived in the store): 1) Received By: 2) Materials ID: 3) Materials Name 4) Type of Materials 5) Nature of materials (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil , Landscape or others) 6) Consumable (Yes or No) 7) Order Date: 8) Materials arrival date and time: 9) MRIS Number (This is like our order code) 10) Material description The incoming item must also automatically add the quantity of our inventory. For incoming dashboard, need these fields (When being consumed): 1) Taken by 2) Approved by 3) Nature of material : electrical, mechanical, civil or landscape (This is for filtering for No 4) 4) Materials: (dropdown, only materials nature chosen in 3 will be shown) 5) Materials ID : (Shud be automatic after materials have been choose) 6) Materials description (Automatic) 7) Remarks : (This field can be inputted by person who is taking out the materials, like reason why he take that material) 8) Date and time The outgoing item must also automatically deduct the quantity of our inventory. For ordering dashboard, need these fields (When the item is ordered): 1) MRIS Number (This is like our order code). 2) Order by: 3) Approved by: 4) Material descripttion 5) Material quantity 6) Units of material (Pcs, gallon, tins, rolls etc) 7) Order date and time It can be accessed using multiple computers (connected by Switch) whereas, there will be three types of user, "Head", "supervisors", "Store manager" and "Technicians".Head can do everything. Supervisors and store manager can do everything except adding more "Admin", Technicians can only search for in stock materials. We can also export all of those info to microsoft excel
