Move an mssql server db from one acccout to another

Budget $10-30 USD

Need to move a MSSQL database from one account to another. You will have to use some kind of script. I don't see a way to export it.

Once you move it to the other server, you will need to configure app to use it and chnage the DNS.

Need it done asap.
