Job Description:
I have a text field in a SQL database that has data with html code in the format:
<br>Year - <b>title</b>, venue, city, comments
For example:
<b>Group Exhibitions:</b>
<br>2022 - <b>Heysen Prize for Landscape</b>, Hahndorf Academy, Hahndorf, SA, finalists exhibition
<br>2022 - <b>GreenWay Art Prize</b>, Art Est. Art School and Gallery, Sydney, finalists exhibition
<br>2022 - <b>Swell Sculpture Festival</b>, Currumbin, Qld, finalists exhibition
<br>2022 - <b>North Queensland Ceramic Awards</b>, Perc Tucker Regional Gallery, Queensland, finalists exhibition
and I need these parsed and placed as individual rows in another table within the db. However, there is an authority list as a table in the same db that needs to match the title (data with the <b>xxx</b> tags) reliably.
The output should match this:
id artist_id name artprizes_id year matchedTitle confidence
6589727 26487 Lea Kannar-Lichtenberger 583 2022 GreenWay Art Prize 100
6589728 26487 Lea Kannar-Lichtenberger 44 2022 Swell Sculpture Festival 100

Issues:
At the moment the first row in the source is not being matched (Heysen Prize for Landscape).
And it takes > 4hrs to process the script.
Delivery
It must match the title string >99% and it should if possible process more efficiently (faster) than the current script.
Payment
I will only contact freelancers with a rating >4.8 and who accept that payment for the milestone will only be made on successful completion of the project. I will make the tables available to the successful freelancer.
