I am looking for a Training tracking and scheduling tool that can be maintained using the apps available on Google Suite.
Example Data Entry Workflow:
- Administrator adds employee to directory (via Google Form).
- Administrator adds training records to employee (via Google Form).
The scheduling portion will be automated to consider several criteria:
- Employee's title
- The applicable steps for that title
- The applicable requirements for each step
- Whether all the requirements for the step is satisfied
Titles with step requirements are standardized. I have a simple example to get you started.
