1. Create connection string to the XML file path and to SQL Server database. 2. First we need check the XML files in the folder location. 3. If we have first we have get the latest file based on the Date. (if it is required process multiple files at a time, we can achieve with the help of For-Each loop ) 4. Process the latest XML file to SQL server DB. 5. Validate the xml data processed successfully in SQL Table. 6. Archive the XML file in the archive folder location. 7. Write log in the file or sql table location for tracking job. 8. Send e-mail notification to the users (If required).
