Competing outcomes analysis

I need to have a competitive outcomes analysis for a study. This has to be done on STATA. We are trying to study the outcomes of a surgical intervention we did for 24 patients (LVAD support implantation). I need a graph like the one attached. There are only three outcomes we are interested in : death, transplantation and people who are still on ongoing support (people who get transplanted dont need the support anymore so it is removed). Attached, is on example of the graph and a table with the three outcomes and the time after which it happened. To do this you need experience in survival analysis and medical studies.
