This is a Capstone project and it is based on a meta-analysis of different papers from pub med, google scholar, and other medical or non-medical paper. Comparing all variables of these five pandemics with COVID 19. Asian Flu 1957-1958, H1N1 swine Flu 2009-2010, Ebola Pandemic 2014-2016, Zika Virus 2015- Present and COVID-19). Selection criteria include variables like mortality rate, age group affected, geographic, and Plan and policy adopted during a particular pandemic. Statistical data such as the standard deviation would be represented on tables and graphs using excel sheets in the study. Results drawn from the statistical analysis in this study will help to illustrate the correlation between occurrences, the impact of the viruses, and the contributing factor.
The conclusion in this study will be on how much correlation each virus has with each other on the individual level and in a collective level. Each Pandemic will be studied simultaneously to show the correlation with one or another and the result will explain the correlation with different sections for different viruses with each other. Summary and discussions will further explain the conclusions drawn from the study. The purpose of this study is to know how these pandemics related and specifically compare the Variables like a source of origin, geography, People affected, time frame, and cause for these pandemics, and to present them in quantitative and qualitative data.
