Dear Madam or Sir, I have, as a mathematician, great experience with statistics and can build your model in R, Python, or Excel(not a good solution) or Stata(not a good solution either). Whether to do a negative binomial regression or just a modified Poison regression (Quasi-Poisson-Regression) or even a OLS after log transformation depends on the data. On the other hand you could make the model more complex, like a zero-inflated negative binomial (ZINB) Its important that you might have to clean up the data first. Please let me have a look at the data and tell me how the data was collected. My bid might not be the lowest but the quality of my work is top notch.
