Design a building cladding product
Budget $30-250 USD
You should have experience for designing building facades, like aluminum composite panels on the exterior surface of the building. The final product is aluminum/steel and GFRC materials.
Part of the design has been completed.
The product is a new curtain wall (simply a box (H:4m*W:2m*D:30cm)) that will be installed on the building as a facade/cladding.
You will design the product considering the:
1- Industrial fundamentals of a product being installed on the building
2- Structural design of the installation of the product
3- Structural design of the aluminum/steel profiles and materials that keeping the product on the building
4- Weight of the product
5- Simplicity of the product installation: On top of each other and on the walls (look at the attached image)
6- Simplicity of manufacturing it
7- Water resistant (since, the product will be installed outside of the building as an exterior facade, it needs to be designed to resist the high level rain and water passing on and through it.
8- It will have a openable door on of them
9- Anything required to keep the product safe on the wall of the building
We already have some designs, which we will share after signing NDA.
The overall idea is very simple but need very careful and detailed design considering all the safety points of construction.
The result should be including but not limited to:
1- Full detailed Schematics
2- 3D designs in images and cad files deliverable
3- Real-look 3D Rendering on a building to show how it looks, would give extra positive feedback
The project is simple but detailed and fits only someone within the field.
