I need a in person inspection of my foundation. Must have current insurance. Must have engineer's stamp. I would like the recommendations stamped and any drawing attached stamped. Need analysis of why the foundation is in it's current state. Then a reccomendation on how to fix the foundation. All IBC codes must be observed. Drainage reccomendations in reference to the foundation is also needed. Please do not respond unless you are able to drive to an area 1 hour away from Houston Texas to complete inspection.
