this is a small terraced shop in London and we have permission to demolish & build new
1. The building is on two levels: the front of the shop is higher than the rear of the shop
2. This will enable us to build 4 storeys at the back and 3 storeys at the front
3. the front part is sitting on 6 pads (3 left 3 right) and the rear part is also sitting on 6 pads : and its as though we have two seperate buildings
4. The idea is to simply do the steel frame design which is entirely in UC 254 x 254 x 73 steel sections
all architectural designs are available and we have even done one representative floor at the rear (ground up to mezzanine) and you just have to copy what we have done but with simple thought how to do the connections better than us and in small sections
this is because its difficult to crane in large columns & sections
the joists are in Metsec steel sections .

I have helped many large construction companies to optimize design for buildability in tight spaces. I am sure I can do something to make your construction easier.
