Equipment: Trailer Lift safe working load is 15TONS
No. of level: 3 Levels
Hoisting: Use two units 4fall Wire rope Hoist mounted on top of motor room concrete RC constructed Beam suitable size to suit your design of point load four mounting points. Connected to the Lifting cage Lug – (Refer to Lift Cage Drawing).
Lifting Height: estimated 24 meters (depend on your design on the cage and lifting lug Arm with top clearance)
Trailer Internal cage size: 4M width x 22M Depth x 5M Height
Lift Cage construction: Fabricated mild steel enclosure at both side
Lift Cage Door: Using Bi-Parting door
Lift Structure: Mounted inside the lift shaft (suitable 4- guide rail using heavy-duty lift “T” bar mounted on design) – ( I beam vertical mounting on constructed concrete lift shaft wall on both sides).
Lift Structure Mounting: Floor mounted (Client will construct the Footing based on your each column point load)
Wire Rope Hoist: Use 15 TON - 2 units of Hoist as shown in the drawing
Hoist weight: 2 TON
DIN FEM: 2 M
You may wish to use the cargo lift concept and its component.
Please provision 2-3 reversion for the initial Concept Drawing and for the final fabrication drawing.
