point mx records to google mail account

I have set up a google mail account for handling my business mail but I find it is not very easy to get it working so I need help from someone to do this. What I want to achieve is to have the mx records for my domain (e.g. [url removed, login to view]) pointing to the google mail account. Then I want to have different email addresses on it for example account1 at [url removed, login to view], account2 at [url removed, login to view], account2copy at mydomain.com. Then I want account2 at [url removed, login to view] to forward a copy of emails to account2copy at [url removed, login to view] and I want to be able to download account1 at [url removed, login to view] & account2 at [url removed, login to view] using MS Outlook and I want to be able to download account2copy at [url removed, login to view] using another email application that we have developed ourselves. Usually it is just a matter of putting in the incoming mail server address, the username and password so I presume it works like that with Google mail also. I don't want to have to download the mail using a browser.
