Operation support and Customer service outsourcing

We are running a ecommerce store, selling items to international market.

Currently we wish to outsource part of our daily operation, as well as customer service (email).

These are some of the requirement on the service provider:

1. Able to do manual HTML editing (e.g. changing URL in html code, changing font type/size, or insert HTML tables into the html code directly).

2. Able to learn fast in using the administrator page of ecommerce store management (checking of orders, checking of item listing properties, update order status etc)

3. Strong in Gmail (especially the usage of LABEL)

4. For German and French customers, we will have a list of pre-translated text. You will need to mix and combine the standard text in order to reply customer in their language.

5. IMPORTANT: Work flow documentation and enhancement. We do have standard procedures to response many of the customer enquiries. In the initial phase of the outsourcing, the service provider is expected to document the work processes (using word document, and to draw flowcharts with MS visio)

6. IMPORTANT: To deliver consistent service (mon-fri) on specific time. Do not bid if you could not afford a routine support hour (as for the actual timing, we could discuss base on your timezone)

7. Able to use FTP software to upload/update files

8. Able to use Excel for reporting / data consolidation

9. Able to use MSN to communicate

The support is not hard to perform, but due to the completely specialized administration page and company process, the learning curve would be steep in the beginning. We need someone to partner with, who could bring us the true value and pro-active in learning.

For the bid price, please bid the price base on

a. the effort of min. 2 hours per day (that is the minimum package that we will pay).

b. each additional manhour fee if the support hour is extended beyond 2 hour per day

Probation period:

- We will provide the training in the first 1 month of the support. During the training, we would intensively observe the quality of work that has been delivered. If we feel that the commitment and quality of work is not up to our expectation, we will need to offer the job to someone else.

This is not a full time work, but this task will be good to ensure a consistent flow of income for you (as we have a minimum payment of 10 man hour per week).
