I already paid someone to setup postfix and configure dkim, spf etc. for me but I have the feeling that there are still a lot of bugs and it is very slow and from time to time email service craches or email queue gets filled with emails...
So I would need someone to check everything out and verify everything is working as it is supposed to work, fix bugs if any found and optimize the configuration. Also make some consultation what else can be done for improving deliverability.
In addition I would like to know how many emails my server is sending each day and I would like to get an email with that information or a report each day (through cronjob).
Then since automatically dkim signing is working I always get the following error message when I want to send/receive emails from Outlook:
The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified.
The target principal name is incorrect.
Do you want to continue using this server?
I was told in order to solve this issue, I need to buy real ssl certificates and I did. The system admin who set everything up for me, installed a certificate for one domain and error message did not reoccur but he seemed to have problems to install the certificates for the other/multiple domains.
So the certificates for my other domains should also be installed.
Server is running with Debian.
If you need further information or have questions, let me know.
