We are looking to implement OrangeHRM in our company. There are currently about 130 employees. We can install OrangeHRM on our server, but need someone to:
1) Configure it for use in the UK. We think this may be just a matter of renaming some fields (e.g. NI number), but if you have previously implemented OrangeHRM for a UK company then I expect you will know what other changes (if any) are required.
2) Load our existing data. We do *not* require historic data to be uploaded. We need just current information about current employees. (We can add things like previous address, previous salaries etc. later ourselves).
3) Configure an export file which can be used for payroll. The payroll calculations themselves will be processed by a bureau, but the monthly export will need to include information on staff (name, NI number etc.) and their remuneration (gross salary, status, pay basis).
4) Train two members of the team on how to use the software. Ideally this last part would be 4-8 hours on site, although we are open to doing some sort of video link and/or screen sharing with audio conferencing.
