I have two Jira service desk's with existing issues that I would like re-configured from the current workflows.
I am looking to configure it into two queues 1) waiting for customer 2) waiting for support and have the workflow notify, have the issue change to the proper queue when a transition happens.
I have extensive experience on Atlassian tools as administrator. I have worked extensively on customistion of workflows in JIRA. I think I understand what you are trying to do, I am sure I can help you with this
