we need an aws ses expert who knows how to increase ses limits from sandbox to 50k - 500k a day. (we also need full accounts). We know how to remove sandbox etc. This is only for someone who knows exactly how to increase ses limit on new aws accounts, as when we apply its declined $25 for each account created/increased. YOU MUST KNOW EXACT STEPS TO INCREASE/CREATE
