why we dont use letencrypt. it is total free

I have more than 10 years working with digital certificates, from windows server 2003, IIS 6, 7, 8 and 8.5. and for Tomcat web server in Windows. but in your project does not specify for what type of web server the recommendation is required, only the S.O. but not what version if it is 2012 or 2012 R2, and the cost depends of the features that you certificate need to protect your customers.
