We are a booster club for a large, “4-A" high school football club. There are many moving parts for club this size and the board members turn over every couple of years. In an effort to capture best practices of each 'administration' and build the effectiveness of the club, we are looking for someone to write an operations/procedure manual for our club.
It would involve interviewing key members of the board who head up various committees, gathering their notes, tricks, short cuts, contacts, etc. and then consolidating into one procedure manual that could be passed from one generation to the next.
It would take on the flavor of an instruction manual on how to run a booster club. It would include a master calendar with 'to do' lists, timelines etc.
