Freelancer technical writer WFH for 6 months
Budget ₹150000-250000 INR
Work from home, Pune based candidate preferred, monthly basis payment
Initially for six months, can extend to twelve months or more if good work quality is observed.
Daily reporting is a must.
ITIL exposure a big plus,
Ability to create PowerPoint presentations, process diagrams using Visio
Writing work instructions for service desk agents,
Creating online help documentation
Good knowledge of MSTP
Should be able to demonstrate previous work samples
Good command over MS Word and Excel
Exposure to Confluence and JIRA tools will be a big plus.
