Scientific Lab Method Report

I require a freelancer with extensive scientific knowledge id chemistry and/or pharmacology to create a finished product lab analysis method report for my veterinary laxative product.
I understand that this usually requires a lab for testing, however I have the formulation and ingredient breakdown of the product which I am hoping an expert can use his/her knowledge to understand, interpret, and ultimately create a method report (e.g. "how to do" report) of the finished product.
This report would essentially be used for another lab to follow the steps and test to make sure the ingredients are contained within the product.
Once again, this is a highly scientific report and only someone with the necessary skills reply. If interested, please attach a few samples of similar reports/methods you have created.
