We need a professional who has expertise on Ericsson GPEH format, Huawei CHR,PCHR format as well as other vendor formats . We are expecting him/her to understand and highlight the valuable information to be able to construct a project that will provide location information of the subscribers to measure the customer perception within the communication service providers' coverage. He/She should be excelled on the radio parameters that is collected on the RNC's. He should also be familiar with the frequently used formats of ASN.1 notation.
