Description of Project:
Call center would be required to sell home security monitoring services to homeowners in US. In total 48 States are available to sell. Calling database will be provided. KPA of Call Center:
Schedule an installation for the installation team of Brinks to visit the consumer. NO credit/debit card or ACH details to be obtained. There is no upfront fee to the consumer until the system is installed.
Few other key factors are mentioned below for your ready reference.
1. This is a Pay-For-Performance pay structure. There is no fixed minimum payment which we will be entitled to pay.
2. Payment frequency is "weekly" with 20 days in arrears. (All installation in a Mon-Sun week are payable on the 20th day starting Sun.)
3. Please note: If a center delivers a minimum of 1 sale per agent per day (30 day average) then we take care of all database related expenses.
4. Minimum number of required agents is 10.
5. Definition of a sale: A home security system is installed and activated at the concerned customer’s home. The same date is referred as sale date for all invoicing and billing purposes.
6. Status of all sales will be delivered within 48 hrs (2 business days).
7. Online CRM will be provided for all agents, supervisors, team managers, etc, to track status of each sale. All reports (daily, weekly, monthly sales and status reports) will be inbuilt and would be available 24/7.
8. All sales calls should be recorded and retained for a minimum period of 100 days. All sales call should be sent on a daily basis via SSL enabled FTP.
